We are seeing Stroudsburg patients at our beautiful new office in the Stroud Building on 611, about 1/2 mile south of our former Dogwood Rd office. Appointments are available at our East Stroudsburg office on Business 209 as well.

Sports Physicals

Pennsylvania school districts will accept sports PE's dated after the end of the previous school year. We will sign off on participation in all school sports for the 2012-13 school year as long as your child had a PE after the end of school 2012. More info: Click Here
